13-hour-roast Welsh beef brisket with roast potatoes, Yorkshire pudding, roast carrots,  parsnips and braised red cabbage.

**Sunday roasts can be collected on Saturday OR Sunday and – as long as stored in the fridge – reheated on either day**

Brined and cured in wine and aromatics for 24 hours then braised overnight for about 12-13 hours, this delicious lump of good Welsh beef may be laborious in preparation (for our chefs), but it will be super-super tender and tasty!

An equal degree of effort goes in to a super unctuous, rich ‘proper’ gravy.

Dish designed to be reheated at home (it will be cold on collection). Reheating instructions will be provided.
