Chef de Partie Required

The Chef de Partie position works directly alongside Chef-owner Joe with a team of 3 other chefs contributing to all aspects of kitchen work including menu planning and ordering.

Opened in 2006, Joseph Benjamin is an established, independent restaurant and delicatessen in Chester city centre owned and managed by brothers Ben and Joe Wright.

Over 5 successful years we have won numerous awards and developed a reputation for top quality food and drink served in a relaxed, unpretentious environment.

We are looking for a chef de partie with experience in busy, high quality kitchens to fit in to our dedicated, hard-working team with the capability to lead when necessary.

This is a rare and exciting opportunity for an ambitious, enthusiastic chef de partie with a genuine interest in food.

Shifts: A typical working week of 45 hours including a maximum of 3 evenings.

Competitive Salary based on experience (plus equal split of tips): From £15,000 PA

Start: ASAP, but flexible.
